Australian Taxation Office Brisbane Headquarters

JLL (QLD) PTY LTD

Springers Solar worked closely with JLL, the building management team for Brisbane’s ATO Headquarters, and Clenergy to design and install a 67.6kW solar system for the high-rise’s complicated concrete rooftop.

The project is a demonstration of careful and complex design planning due to a multitude of technical challenges and exceptional workmanship on a difficult site to access and work on.

Springers Solar collaborated with the customer and the builder of this new home to accurately estimate the home’s anticipated energy usage. With the customer’s objectives in mind, which included solar self-consumption, significantly reducing electricity bills, and improving energy independence, Springers Solar developed a 16kW solar energy system with a Tesla Powerwall connection.

Dec 2024 and the inverter fails. Well, that happens. This is where you find out if their service is any good. WOW !. Great response, organised a replacement under warranty, kept me informed and then called me because one of their staff finished a job early so could slot me in early. So, from my phone call on a Friday morning it only took until the following Wednesday for it all to be resolved and a new inverter fitted under warranty. After seeking multiple quotes from various suppliers/installers, we engaged Springers Solar to replace an under-functioning and failing 5kW PV system in our home, and have been totally thrilled. The sales consultant, Dave W, was clearly a knowledgeable expert and provided great advice that gave us confidence his recommendations would stand up to the “light of day”; and they have.
The quote was competitive, thorough and flexible according to our needs, the installation was completed several weeks early, on budget, and has delivered better returns than promised.
